Messy Back of House

During a store visit with your Area Manager, they address that the VM on the shop floor is messy and not up to brand standard. Additionally, they mention that the back-of-house is also cluttered and disorganized, which is not just a matter of cleanliness, but a potential WHS risk.
 

How should you respond?

Roleplay this scenario with Person A as the Store Manager giving the feedback and Person B as the receiver.
