Forgot to Follow Up
Your Store Manager has just returned from leave. They notice a significant number of emails had not been responded to, including requests for feedback from Team Alex, emails from centre marketing, and customer enquiries. They tell you that it’s their expectation as Manager on duty, to ensure that emails are responded to in a timely manner, and to ensure that deadlines are not missed.
How should you respond?
Roleplay this scenario with Person A as the Store Manager giving the feedback and Person B as the receiver.
