Not Reach Target

Your Store Manager has just returned from annual leave. After checking the DSR, they tell you that they were disappointed to learn that the store sales and conversion results dropped, and that those targets were not reached whilst they were away.
 

Roleplay this scenario with Person A as the Store Manager giving the feedback and Person B as the receiver.
 

OBSERVERS:

  • Watch for emotional control & class shown by the Receiver while receiving feedback.

  •  What was done well and what could be improved in the interaction?
